I am so sorry your have heard nothing after 7 days.
I would call the town regarding the storm drains to see
where they empty out or to see if anyone has found a
Yorkie in one. If there wasn't rain last week the water would
be very low. I saw a Yorkie resuce from one on Animal planet.
He was sitting on a ledge inside of one. You could barely hear
him crying but he was found.
