We finally decided she hated being crated when we left and have given her free reign of the house all the time. Now her crate is for sleeping at night, or for traveling, and she's happy with that. Since we gave her free reign she's stopped pottying in the house completely. We don't use pee pads, so we make sure she goes outside before we leave and right out as soon as we get home. It's made for much more pleasureable homecomings. |
Okay, this is what I have wanted to do. I think she will be happier if she can roam about where she wants. My hubby is afraid that she will chew things and get into places she shouldn't be. She is only 7 months old.
