I use interceptor to prevent heartworm and at least that has a dosage tied to weight. It just seems ridiculous that a tiny Yorkie would get the same dose of Frontline as a German Shepard. I just don't get it, and my vet is so casual about it all. But ticks are a bigger worry for me than fleas, so I will use it, but I am going to give him much less going forward.
