Stewie has/had a UTI (We have a follow-up to see if its finally gone soon). I think you should probably have Brady checked out and see if antibiotics are needed. UTIs are really nasty in small dogs. My vet told me that if it is bright yellow, it usually means that there are traces of blood in the urine.
