I would definitely recommend that you pick-up some newborn onesies. Just cut a little hole so that her little nub of a tail can stick out.
The onesies will prevent her from biting/licking her stiches. I'm sure she'll be fine. Last year Cassi was spayed and also had 7 of her baby teeth removed. She was back to her normal playful self the very next day.
