I adgee with the other poster.
get a dog trainer, to work on his issues.
Dont use the shock collar that will only make him freak out more.
and please keep him and the Boxer seperated.. the boxer will only take so many attacks before he attacks back, then you will have a injured or dead Yorkie on your hands.
