I'd suggest using a tearless shampoo, just in case the shampoo does get in her eyes.

As for the ears, use cotton balls this will help the water out. I use a cup when I rinse my baby's head off. But a sprayer for the body.

You can also get a drying solution for their ears. Just in case you do get water in them, you can use this. Water in ears is not good, it can lead to infection.

Be persistent with bathing and brushing. Mine still fights me when I bathe her, but I can tell she's getting better.
