You are right, and unless the Oxyclean specifically says it has an enzyme cleaners in it, it may get out the "stain", but leave the protein behind which leaves a scent that dogs are drawn to. Enzyme cleaners have bacteria that actually eat the protein, so that all scent is removed. Just look for the word "enzyme" on the label. Nature's Miracle is my all around favorite, but others work well.
