CALL THAT IN TO THE POLICE!!!!!! Trust me, its only a matter of time before something happens to either you, Shasta or someones child. They are irresponsible and the police will NOT give your neighbor any info as to who called it on. My boyfriend is a seargant so I know.
I had a pit bull do the same thing except he didnt stop and he got a hold of my Mason (shih tzu) and the vet said a few more seconds and he would have snapped his neck, that I was just VERY lucky. Dogs can be trained but they have a will and sometimes they DONT listen. CALL IT IN!!!!! Before its someones child and you have to live with the fear that you could have changed things. |
