I would tell you to call your local SPCA, let them come out to the property and evaulate the dog and everything. Sometimes they can get their point across better than others. I have had dogs all my life ranging from little ones, to big ones, and it really is the owners fault for making some of these dogs be mean, or do nasty things, if i had a big dog that i knew I couldnt trust other dogs i would certainly make sure i took care of that.
