Weve had our Harley for almost 3 weeks now, withing about 1 week and a half he was doing his buisness on the pads about 95% of the time, now the last few days he never does it on the pad and always on the carpet, what should i do?

I'm not expecting him to do it on the pad 100% of the time but why was he so good and all of a sudden he's back to were he was when we brought him home??

Any help would be greatly apreciated.
