The problem I see with places like Pet Smart is they do onsite training, and you probably should interview someone before you book that first appointment. Some of the people they hire have no experience. If you find someone that does a good job and listens to you, I would definitely ask for them the next time, and don't assume because you got lucky once, you'll get lucky again. |
