Smile How much Food?

Hi, regarding your question about amounts to feed your Yorkie. My Yorkie, Chloe, is 11 months and weighs about 4-lbs. I am still free-feeding; however am trying to end that. She has regulated herself to eating mostly between 4-6 in the evening.

I measure about 3/4 cup of Royal Canin 28 into her bowl and she eats most of it during the evening. However during the day she gets a few treats for good deeds and I will give her some tidbits of "people food" at mealtime, such as tiny pieces of broccoli, cooked carrots, crusts of bread. The size of bites of people food amounts to something like a pea or no more than the size of a marble.

Eating once a day helps with potty issues.
