I know...but there were others worse off than us..so we didn't complain...well, I am sure we did...but you know! DH was getting a little cranky there towards the end...he can not stand to just sit in the house!
I have even seen the Daffodils blooming around here...poor things...they are just going to freeze when this next cold front comes!!

It is called HOAR frost/fog...that is what the locals call it.

I remember that.....I was so worried about you all! I agree, with the heat, there is NOT much at all that you can do!!!

I find it kind of amusing now...but I do not think I was very happy at the time I found out...but it all worked out...we got a big one and he hooked it up to some "shop" lights that he brought in, the tv (for weather and updates) and the hot water heater. We only ran it from about 5-9 each night...and it take about $30 or so in gas each night!
