Her abdomen is not swollen at all and she doesn't seem to be in any pain what so ever. I don't think she was trying to vomit, but it did seem like she was trying to get something out of her throat, by hacking/coughing. She is not salivating more than normal. At first I thought maybe it could be respiratory, but then she started doing the hacking thing, which made me think that it wasn't actually respiratory, but rather something stuck that she was trying to get out.
