yes make sure you don't respond to emails like the paypal one like you said. I got an email from Bank Of America saying something about someone was using my account and they wanted information. I used to have an account with them years ago, but closed it. so i called the company and they told me that was fraud.
he asked me to email that to them and they would pursue it. and then he said you didn't give out any information did you? and i said no......he said that was good
so don't respond to them is the best like he said earlier contact the company.
