O he wears a life jacket! But I still worry about him! Daisy (the lab) likes to carry Tobie around in it. She puts the handel that is on top of the life jacket in her mouth and carries Tobie like that, and Tobie is just loves it. I guess she thinks he is her baby and Tobie is like "good I don't have to walk down the hill to the river!" It is really funny, next time she does that I will have to take a picture!
