If she accidentally gets a raisin again, I would recommend inducing vomitting right away to keep her from digesting. Like Ellie May said - no known minimum dosage is known and it's probably different for each dog...and as of right now they don't even know what it is about grapes & raisins that cause renal failure. Most likely she'll be fine, but if you notice any signs of renal failure be sure to take her in ASAP
