I've tried Yorkie Yummies, Bil-Jac little jacs, rice chex and even plain cheerios but not go.

He won't take a piece of his kibble as a reward either, but will eat it fine out of his bowl. We try just praising him like YAY GOOD POTTY! and he just looks at us like we're crazy or hops around thinking we're playing 'catch me if you can' lol Thanks for the ideas though!
