I PM'ed you but here is a link to the breeder referall for Wa, if you are on a tighter budget I would ask some of these breeders if they are rehomming any young adults or "teenage" yorkies. Alot of times they will hold them back to show and for one reason or another it doesn't work out maybe the dog's color got too light, or they stopped growing early, or didn't like the ring etc... Their loss could be your gain
Worth a phone call, sometimes they will be able to point you in the right direction, I know one lady that was selling a pup super cheap because of a slight overbite, still a beautiful pup. but anyway good luck on your search
