I rarely ever read about people saying a certain person should not breed a dog because he's not to standard. I occasionally read that an ultra small dog shouldn't be bred, and that seems to be acceptable to say, but no one says much about the other qualities. Several years ago, I read about it more, and I'm glad we still have a few who speak up, but I sure can understand why others can't take it.
