I believe its usually 45 min after eating. However, I noticed if they are active/running after eating, their poop might come a little sooner (betwn 20-30 min). I too feed Meka once a day and its for two reasons. I use to feed her twice a day... once in the morning and once in the evening, however, she began not wanting to eat in the evening if she'd already been feed in the morning
Not to mention, both her vet and groomer started to notice she was getting over weight and advised me to only feed her once a day.... As for walks, 30 min usually works for my pup
