I made one from two Closetmaid components. The bottom is a two drawer unit and the top is a two shelf unit. You replace the shelves with PVC piping (or even tension curtain rods). I got the units at Lowes for $35 each.

Since these are human sized pieces, they are much larger than the doggie armoires they sell. It holds a ton.
