She may just be upset with you for leaving lol
We would leave my cat for weekend trips and when we would come home, she would either completely ignore us for a day or hide and smack our legs as we walked past just to get back at us.
Just try and spend some quality time with her and she'll be fine. Maybe another puppy is in order soon too
