Lol, I had to laugh about you giving up hot wings, it does sound like you are addicted to them, and those things contain so much fat. What is it about them you like? If it's the sauce there is a lot of evidence to show that hot sauces can be good for you and speed up the metabolism. Perhaps, adapting the sauce to another recipe might feed your body, and keep your soul pure too.

At my age, I've already given up everything, except chocolate.
