Hi;
I have been looking for a small warm and waterproof but not too bulki jacket with velcro closing for my tiny 4 pound skinny yorkie, can anyone recommend a store in Los Angeles or a website? also i really don't want to pay $60.00 or more, looking for something that is reasonable priced.
