No, you can't just do ground, raw meat and other stuff - you have to be sure that the proper calcium is in a raw diet. That's why most people either feed prey model (giving raw meaty bones, organ meats etc) or feed pre-made raw (grinds w/ all of the components). You can make your own grinds too, but you need more than what you mentioned. Some people actually buy a meat grinder and grind meaty bones and meat etcetera.
