Gracie Ruth has the same problem with matting. I broke down and had her cut in Jan. The first picture is one that I found and printed off to take, the second is G's before and the third is her after. The face still isn't quiet right, but we'll continue to work on it. They did not touch her topknot or ears other then to just trim the ends so that they'd be healthy. I had them cut her to a 1" length on the body and I really like that. Left the hair on the legs a little longer because she is so petite she'd look like a bad stick drawing of a bobble head dog otherwise.
