I had both of my girls spayed over a month ago. Like you I was a nervous wreck!!! to say the least! Sadie is 4yrs old 5 1/2 lbs and Lillie is 2 yrs old 4 1/2 lbs. I had blood work done on both of them. They had both come in heat and my vet said I had to wait 1 month before having them spayed. They did fine. I had their teeth cleaned at the same time. Sadie had to have one of her adult teeth removed. I only wish I had had it done sooner. I was so nervous to have it done (I also read alot of horror stories), that I waited.
