My puppy is 8 months and weighs 2 lbs and i got her spayed and had teeth pulled out two weeks ago and everything went perfectly. I was really worried about getting it done at first because she is so small but i'm really happy i got it done. If you're vet is exerienced with small animals everything will go great. And yes it is normal to keep her overnight its just regular procedure to make sure everything is alright. My vet also made sure she wasn't in heat since they lose more blood, so you're probably going to have to wait...hope i helped and good luck! |
