Yeah, we're going to call tomorrow again. I'm sure they will refund it but it just pisses me off that the company had the nerve to cash the premium AFTER they denied him coverage. I'm not sure but I would think by cashing it then they are entering a contract to insure him? I didn't think they could legally cash a premium AFTER they deny coverage? Very aggrevating.
