I know this is off topic but believe it or not people who abuse and neglect their children are allowed to visit their children all the time. I work in the child welfare area and parents whose children have been removed for the most part have lots of visits with their kids while they are working their caseplan, and in some cases not complying with their caseplan.
I do agree that this person should not be allowed to see those dogs though, this is a very sad story.
