My wife and I became the proud owners of our first Yorkie in December. Today Chem Lawn came to our home to fertilize our lawn for the Spring. (They use granulars and liquids). At that point I realized and asked myself, "what is the danger of professional lawn care products to Yorkies?" I called Chem Lawn to discuss my concern and they stated that the risk is minimal and "negligible" at best. Any opinions out there? Do any of you have your lawns treated? Is it safe? My wife has been a wreck all night worrying about Sophie. I want to believe the risk is minimal, but I would like to obtain the opinion of others that may have encountered the same circumstances or have had the same question. Thanks in advance for any help or information you can provide.
