Well, I don't know if you want to go this far, but I would consider finding her information and then contacting her parents.
Unfortunately, my guess is that if she's that young, it's less likely that she has the dog... her parents would have to know about the dog, and presumably they would have called you, or taken the dog to be identified. I can't be sure of course.
I am so sorry that this girl put you through this, like you are not already going crazy. I am still praying that Yoshi is returned safely to you, though.
