ok, i knew the humping is common in both sexes , but the leg lifting really though me off! alpha female is what she is called? what other things should i expect her to do? Suzi is my first dog ever, and she has not been around male dogs. EXPECT, she was the only female pup in her litter. I don't know how young a male leg lifts though/ Suzi was 9 weeks when I brought her home. That is quite possible where she picked up on all these male behaviors! I think it is entertaining to say the least. NO , i do not allow her to hump on people.... Unfortunatley i am the victim of such behavior. she's trying to be boss of me, little stinker!
