Humping is pretty common among female dogs-- it is a way of asserting dominance. You may just have an alpha female on your hands. Don't let her hump you, or you're sending the message that she is the top dog!

As for the multiple piddles, that isn't unusual either. Just like in male dogs, it is a way for a dog to leave a message for other dogs that might come around. The leg lifting, well, my Penny sometimes does that too-- she squats and does a funny little three legged balancing act while urinating. I think she just prefers that posture for some reason.
