We think of vaccines as the actual protection from the virus itself, waiting in the dog's body to JUMP OUT when it is needed and attack the parvo but in fact the parvo vaccine is an attenuated (made less strong) dose of parvo. You are actually GIVING your dog parvo when you vaccinate. The conventional vet tells you that the dog's immune system will start producing antibodies within a few days. While that is true, it is NOT the vaccine but the dog's own immune system's antibodies that protect it. Tiny puppies do not have developed immune systems, they rely on their mothers immunity from the collostrum in their milk. In the meantime the dog gets very sick and cannot fully recover, causing skin problems, itching, infections, fleas etc. The vaccines contain heavy metals like aluminum to agitate the immune system supposedly to create a GREATER immune system reaction. They often lead to neurological damage because they cannot be filtered out of the bloodstream fast enough. That happens in the dogs you see that are "off" or "no body is upstairs" or "one sandwich short of a picnic." In severe cases the dog dies. I have seen this happen.
All vaccines cause damage. It is not a question of which dog it will happen to its a question of how it will manifest. Usually it takes several years and comes out at the injection site as cancer.
Holistic/Homeopathic vets and breeders prepare the dog's immune system for any attack so it can create antibodies by simply allowing the dog to be healthy. Giving it 5 diseases in one vaccine will make it weaker, less able to fight.
All dogs come in contact with the diseases regularly. They are in the environment and your dogs produce antibodies rapidly. It is only an immuno-supposed dog that becomes sick. Most dogs have NATURAL IMMUNITY.
We are bullied, scared and guilt tripped into giving our dogs unncessary doses of diseases that shorten their life span and cripple their immune systems. |
I do completely agree with you on this. I'm not a big fan of vaccines for anybody (including humans). I guess I never figured it would be the same issues for puppies as it is for us. It makes complete sense. I will definitely be doing more research on this.
