What a turn for everyting to take , 1st phoning you and then saying they dont have him.
I hope you get to the bottom of it all. If i was a prank it is a serious one, but like others maybe they are trying to get some money from you.....either way it is not very nice. Hopefully it is some kind of misunderstanding and they have hiim here's hoping that you will have him back safe and sound.
