Personally were she my dog...I'd find another vet or a neurological specialist. Seizures are a symptom and not the disease.
While many vets aren't familiar with liver shunt...it can be accurately diagnosed with the proper testing. What were her bile acid levels?
If she has a shunt...the longer it goes untreated the more damage to her liver.
