 Death from seizure??? :(
Hey guys, my yorkie is 2 years old, she has been having seizures since she was 6 months. We have her on Pheno and 2 other meds. The doctors believe she is either epileptic or has a liver shunt but its sooo hard to find out and they have done EVERY test. Now granted she has them less often she still has them (few times a week at least) sometimes more severe than others. First off, what else can we do? Second, can this kill her quickly even though she is on meds? could she die in a year? or would it take years and years of seizures to usually kill a dog. Im very worried and any information is GREATLY appreciated, thanks a bunch |
