I think John's PM was thoughtful and well intentioned. I think his follow-up in this thread showed even more graciousness, given what's happened here.
I really do feel badly for you that you took offense to his PM, however, I just don't think it was necessary to take this public and put another member out there for the sole purpose of criticism.
