I would not recommend giving cal-sorb during pregnancy unless the vet advises. Cal-sorb can make her sick to her stomach and make her not want to eat. During the whelping some breeders give cal-sorb if the bitch has gone an hour or more between puppies. I just always give Nutri-cal during the whelping. I would give her some nutri-cal now. Is she having contractions?
