Yes, they are pretty chewy...they're the same texture as the store bought, but of course, without the worries. Depending on how thin you slice them, you'll probably get abought 10-13 per chicken breast. I'm doing his second batch right now, but I've sliced 2 breasts this time, to save gas. They freeze well.
