Well thankfully it looks like the Flagyl is already working! After his first dose yesterday he had 3 more loose stools, but with mucus in them, and then he didn't go at all for the rest of the day. Today he finally had a close-to-normal poop!! The end of it was kinda runny, but the other end was firm, so I think that the soft part was the last (hopefully) of the diarrhea.
He's also got tons of energy this morning and is back to his normal self! I am soooo happy and relieved.
