Thank you all for your responses/concerns. Bradi continued to be scared of the ceiling the next day but hasn't shown that behavior too much since then. I guess this was my introduction to wonderful world of parenting a Yorkie, where sudden strange behavior is the norm (that's what we've read).
We actually thought about the ghosts that could be living in our house. Maybe our 3 lb puppy will scare them away!
