My Beanie gets car sick too and she's 4 years old! Any car ride over 20 mins is too much for her (so sad - and she's my 3 pound purse puppy!). If I plan to take her for a ride I don't feed her in the morning and that helps a bit. She will still get sick, not always, but won't throw up as much. I also find taking her for a walk before she gets into the car helps to get rid of that nervous energy and she doesn't always get sick. The car seat thing doesn't work for her because she always curls up into a ball and doesn't look out the window! I've even tried to hold her up to look out the window while in the car and she just looks down - ugh! I hope you have better luck with your baby than I do with mine. Let's hope Eliza grows out of it...I'm still hoping that Beanie will too.
