She "had not yet sent" in the Application form to register him in her name but the problem is the breeders filled in the Application with all her data and she signed it the day she bough my little Sebastian.
So how do I register Sebastian (AKC) in my name now? This is probably more simple than it is in my mind. Right?

You can get a supplemental transfer form from AkC but the 1st buyer needs to sign it over to you. Then you send both the original and the transfer form to Akc. There is an extra fee but its not much.
