Since in your earlier post you said she is in communication with you often, perhaps you can talk to her about your concerns. See if she is willing to hold your puppy till 10 weeks of age. I think honesty and communication is very important between breeder and buyer so it sure wouldn't hurt to try and explain your concerns and take it from there.
I do think her website has many redflags though!
