We have a DVR and TIVO with DirectTV and I love it. Could not live without one now. Not only that but I can pause live TV if the phone rings or for whatever reason I want and come back to continue watching where I left off. Once you get all of your favorite programs set up to record automatically, you don't even have the think about it. On my DVR I can rewind a live tv program or press to record it in full if I decide I want to keep it or finish watching it at a later time. Does the $20 they want to charge you include the TIVO service and the DVR? That would make more sense. |
