I don't know about that breeder personally, however I can tell you reputable breeders don't place puppies till they are 10 to 12 weeks old. IMO letting them go earlier is a sure sign that something isn't right. I would NOT recommend anyone to get a puppy from someone like that.

I keep all my puppies till they are 10 to 12 weeks of age and have been known to hold some here longer if they are tiny.
